What's the weridest thing a kid has said to you?

Recently I was with friends watching an old black & white tv show set in San Francisco, probably from the 1960s. Their youngest who was about 5, asked me, "was that how things looked when you were a child ?" Thinking he was talking about the styles and cars, I said, "yes, I guess that was how it all looked." He frowned, as if he were trying to work it all out and then asked,
"So what happened ? One day you woke up and everything was in color ?" 😁
