How to know if someone's cyber flirting with you?

A random guy said he's been flirting with me and I got in his "trap". I was like "WTF? Dude you're desperate"

My advice, run! Cyber flirting is not that fun after a while, especially after they say things like you got in his trap. I feel like that's more creepy than it is flirty.
