No. Decent revolvers cost a lot more than mediocre whiskey. It might make more market sense to give away the liquor with the revolver but they sell pretty well even without premiums.

That's a thing? :/I live in the south and any time I bought a jack Daniels they gave me a free revolver. Shit I'd have my suicide tool free for $25!
