I have the typical dysfunctional family. No one really gives a hoot about the other and no one ever has anything good to say about another. My family is very good at bringing up every mistake you have ever made in your life to put you down and make you feel worthless and stupid.
My parents, (may they RIP,) raised us all in a God-fearing Christian home with morals and values, but somewhere along the line most of my family has lost them.
To answer your question what does family mean to me? I can't as I have no answer. Are we close? At times, we are too close for comfort and other times we are worlds apart.
