How do you deal with a lazy roommate?

Okay so I live with my cousin and roommate and friend. My friend has been living with us for 4 months and still hasn't found a job. She is very very lazy and doesn't do a damn thing. She helps around they house......sometimes. She refuses to get a job and just be lazy. She lied about she been looking for a job when she hasn't. When she used to live at home, she would cry until her mom gives her money. How ridiculous. She acts like a 5 year old and she is very capable to work. She picks fights with us and manipulates us and others. We can't take it anymore. We've had talks with her and warned her if she doesn't clean up her act, she will have to leave. The first two months was fine until November. My cousin wants her out immediately.
