Sometimes I don't know nor understand why I do the things i do even though I know it is wrong. Am I insane?

No, you're not insane, you're human, and right smack in the middle of the roughest time of your life....puberty. You're at a time when you act first and think later. You can outgrow it. We don't all grow out of that behaviour, but most do. Just be kind to yourself. Don't get angry with yourself. And try to think about consequences. Even if the ONLY consequence is this questioning of your sanity. That's scary. You're a kid. Enjoy it. It won't last much longer.
