I wanna hang out with my boyfriend but I hate asking him if he wants to hang because 1) we never know what to do and 2) he always has to drive since I don't know how or have a car. Any idea on how we could fix this?
1. Find some activities you both enjo,... Bowling, tennis, whatever. 2. Meet him somewhere as opposed to him always coming to you. 3. Hey a new boyfriend who's more interesting and engages you more.
Start talking about what might be fun to do together. Then talk about splitting the cost of gas for the car and offer to pay half, until you learn to drive. Then start taking lessons.

Find common ground on what you both enjoy. Also he should try wanting to hang out with you on some occasions. Also plan something in mind if you are wanting to hang. And learn how to drive cause that will solve a lot
