What is the significance of the heart button on Similar Worlds?

And why use hearts instead of likes?

Because if there was a "like" button, there'd have to be a "dislike" button, but this should be a site without any negativity, so therefore we have "heart" buttons to signify that you loved (or liked, whatever) something somebody posted.

It should be a ✔ or a ➕ or maybe a ⚠,

Because a ♥ should only denote LOVE!
