question for girls

do you get cramps? if so how bad are they on a scale of 1-10? i have them rn cuz i just started and it's definitely a 10 cuz it feels numb 😭 i have a heating pad on

They're always different for me, but most of the time when I start my period I get really bad/painful cramps on the first day. The next day and through the rest of it I don't really feel anything. When they are bad that are all the way up to a ten. Midol should take care of it.

I used to but they've since stopped. Used to be unbearable so I know how you feel. Usually a heat pack, painkillers and a warm bath used to help me.

mine use to be 9 but its down to 3 now. i just take midol and thats it

Sorry to hear that. Luckily I've only ever gotten menstral cramps once when I was 13.
