What kind of camera do you have?

@Stereoguy: I don't really have much to compare it to; I had an old olympus when digital cameras first started coming out; it's much better than that, but also 20 years newer. the only thing I'd like to improve on it is to make it water proof/resistant without a special case.

@Stereoguy: yeah, I don't have either. I'm told that once you choose a path (cannon or Nikon) it's better to stay on that path.

@Stereoguy: I don't use my one enough to justify dropping another grand on a new one that just does waterproof.
