It's 20 F in RI currently and it's expected to drop to 10 F within the next 6 hrs. The winds are steady at 10-15 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. Thus the wind chill is hovering just above 0 F and is expected to go as low as -15 F over the course of the next 24 hours.
