I'm wondering how many of us don't for moral, or for legal reasons

@ajoite: Self defense or defense of my family, no. Someone who desperately needed killing? no. Soldiering is a job. Killing people is in the job description, so I wouldn't think of it in terms of 'right' or 'wrong'. I'm a fatalist. This is the way things are. It's not that I don't have a conscious, it's just part of the job of fighting wars, ...of course the chips are going to fall where they may, and it might do irreparable damage to my psyche. When I served in the Army from 79 to 83, I never had to take a life. I think I would handle it pretty well though. On the other hand, dying would kill me!
