My girlfriend and her dad were not on speaking terms when he passed. His choice, sadly. Bet he regrets it, wherever he is.

@uncalled4 tbh it's very difficult to resolve situations when people are head strong, stubborn, set in their ways... My nan always says pride cometh before a fall!
I would like to think as we get older and wiser we try to resolve conflict and build any bridges we've burned, I believe that's the only way we can die in peace.
And leave those left behind with mini gifts of resolution.
I'm glad I spent the time I did with my dad.
It's made me a better person as the anger I and frustration has gone in regards to him.
But my mum she refuses to take on the lessons she "learned" it lasted for all of 3 months after his passing now she's back to her immature behaviour...

@Stereoguy in experienced. Dealing with her own issues and or not getting therapy her self which is compulsory to manage herself with her clients!
