Why does Abhishek dada judge me that I still didn't learn to drive yet whereas he himself started learning it at 27?

Abhishek dada is my dad's friend's son and he is 29 now and I turned 22 just 5 weeks ago. He often judges me because I didn’t learn to drive a car whereas he himself learnt it at 27 which is older than my current age . Why?
