I'm at a park by a tree trying to set up a place to sleep I have 4 blankets how should I set up so I stay nice and warm

If that's true and you're destitute, get to the nearest local charity.
If they don't have a spare bed, ask for some newspapers, a space blanket, and a plastic tarp.
If you're not destitute and just having an adventure,
go to a disposal or camping store and
invest in a good one-person tent , groundsheet, airpad, and an arctic rated sleeping bag.
