Why would someone look for any opportunity to put another person down?

Jealousy , hatred, insecurity , 🤷🏻‍♀️

I suppose it could be various reasons. Insecurity that makes them feel superior putting someone else down. It could be revenge, jealousy, or even a valid reason. Generally, it means that person doesn’t like you.

Because it makes them feel better. They are that much of a horrible, miserable person.

In my experience...stupidity is why they do it
