I'm watching a dodge hell cat out running two police choppers.

They running 125 at top speed. Dodge is ten miles ahead and there cameras can just barely see him anymore

Must be old or cheaper choppers - most non military police helicopters can cruise at 150+. Could be novice pilots too.
