Ok so how am i supposed to work or do my job if i can't really be on my feet much without intense pain?

There's no jobs for someone like me that im qualified for. It's getting so bad. I worked 7 hours today right and im in so much pain I sat down in a booth and i had a hard time getting up. My upper left thigh hurts so bad it feels icy and numb but warm too.

I don't know what im going to do.
