I just went through the trifecta of old man pain
I took the trash out and it's so cold my hips were aching bad, knees were stinging and my fingers were screaming and locking up. Oh my god this is going to be a hard winter

@GoFish i was a mess growing up. I broke a wrist falling down icy stairs. I broke the other one roller skating. Multiple bike injuries, falling up and down the stairs, sport injuries. As an adult car accident and work related injuries
