Why won't thin women look good when they're much older?
Why do people say thin girls look good when young but they need to put on weight when they're much older otherwise they won't look good?

I think it is all about how one carries their weight. If you take care of yourself then you can reasonably expect to look fairly healthy, but when you add other factors in aging such as sickness, cancer treatments, etc and if you are already thin your skin is going to be hanging more.
