You guys i think i have magic words/tears because whenever someone is rude to me at work i just say the word and management has a word and it stops

Someone else who has been rude to me since day 1 got lectured for being rude to me because i didn't notice something and he was yelling at me for it. I said he has been a jerk since day 1 to me and he got talked to on the spot. I was told it was for his own good.

Personally I think you're an immature spoiled whiny a** that needs to learn to grow up. Based on your different statements you probably need to be sheltered for the rest of your life from actual life. I'm not saying it's all your fault but your parents definitely don't know how to raise a child.

@FutureIdol did you loose an arm or leg do you have cancer or a heart condition are you deaf or blind have you been supporting your siblings or parents. Well life is tough life is not easy. Sometimes you have to suck it up and deal with the cards you were delt. It is not others job to give a damn how you feel. The world is not all about you i bet you haven't taken the time to hear any of the struggles others have yet you expect them to care about you.
