How do you deal with rejection? 🤔

As a careless mf.. I don't actually bother even thinking about.
But, I see others get depressed when thzt happened to them 🤷‍♂️ and I don't understand it tbh

Not well at all. I have very low self esteem which is why it happens.

But yeah, when someone doesn't value me, whom I do value, I get hurt very badly.
