Hot shower or hot bath?

Bout to take a hot shower hoping it helps ease my back pain.
Maybe the sound of the water might get the little ones to fall asleep....
i wish I could just soak in the bath tub 😞

Why can't you?

Due to the cerclage they placed to prolong my pregnancy I can not take baths, swim or sit in any kind of water because It could bring on infection (no matter how thoroughly we clean the tub. My high risk OB said No 😞
