Hot shower or hot bath?

Bout to take a hot shower hoping it helps ease my back pain.
Maybe the sound of the water might get the little ones to fall asleep....
i wish I could just soak in the bath tub 😞

I was just talking to my husband today I'll be 22w Monday
And twins come between 32-36w so I just need anywhere from 10 to 14 weeks to go! The longer the better for the little ones

I fell asleep right after my shower I can't believe how exhausted I am these days. But I'm so excited!!!
