Ok SW admin. What's up with the notification menu?

I don't want to post an image because it would unfairly point out users that have nothing to do with it. Yet it seems anything I post and others like the notification never gets marked as seen after the third notification.

What's up with that! I actually have three notifications now that never get marked as seen! 🤷🏻‍♂️
