I think I may have screwed a toe up somehow

My middle toe on my left foot because everything goes wrong on the left side of my body for some reason hurts. It hurts to bend it and it hurts to walk on it. Lord knows how I managed to do that but damn. I don't think it's broken but it feels angry

Ever suffer from a condition known as “ gout”? It mostly affects the toes and feet and can come on suddenly and is extremely painful. If you can tolerate it, try some Ibuprofen. It may help.

@soar2newhighs ive been wondering if i have that because ive been struggling with my ankles and top of my foot around my big toe mainly. Comes and goes

@SW-User it’s diagnosed by blood work. It’s a build up of Uric acid some of which becomes solid matter in your joints.
