Drink a big glass of water, put some refreshing water on your skin and add some coconut oil!
It helps relaxing. If you do not have it, it may seem strange and not as pleasant of a fragrance but olive oil is very gentle to the skin, might help release some tension (I am not master enough - natural beauty gurus, please add in your home beauty tips please).
Enjoy something that helps you feel better, maybe a movie, maybe a book, maybe just doing something you never had the time to do before?

Edit: extra tip - cut open an orange/lemon any citrus fruit... usually the scent of orange or lemon tends to cheer me up - you never know, it might help you too!
