Why is nobody getting back to me on any of the applications I filled out?

I've filled out a ton and silence. I'm giving up hope honestly. Im probably going to be stuck in this awful place for life.

@apersonnamedit You need to have some focus, otherwise, you will be rejected. Are you personalizing your applications? You need to personalize your application/resume/cover letter to the job you're applying for, AND show in your cover letter why you're the ideal candidate: experience, background, education, etc.

@apersonnamedit That's not going to work. You need to be focused to show the employer that you're the right person for the job.

@Northwest i didnt know cover letters are a thing or what they did. I wouldn't even know how to tailor it

@apersonnamedit Google - cover letters and spell check everything as any mistakes equals automatic rejection
