A friend has returned. Bonjour ami. Had a good break in County Sligo, the land of W.B.Yeats:-
And I did have some peace there; For peace comes dropping slow.
And lived alone in the bee loud glade.
(adapted to suit myself)

@alan20 I did think about you and wonder how your break went. So glad to hear that it was good. Sometimes alone is good, no? Time for reflections and all that.
My world has been quiet and peaceful. I am surrounded by beauty and even grace.

@SW-User Alone is very good. Especially in the awful state of the world we now live in. Perhaps it was always so and I'm becoming more aware of it. There's a lot to be said for sitting by a calm peaceful lake and just letting the mind purr in peace.; I guess they call it meditating.
