Yeah, if you’re going to cook trout use butter not olive oil to to grease the fish. Cooking olive oil and trout alone is awful. I almost stopped

Fishing for them because it was awful. I’m going to reheat up the last fish in the fridge with some butter and will see if olive oil and butter together is any good.
