I feel ok and dont want to go to the hospital due to lack of insurance but wtf man

I was driving on the highway and all of a sudden my heart rate jacked up and my left arm felt tingly and i felt off. I took a few sips of water and it went back to normal. Minutes later it came back again. Now my heart rate is back to normal and the weirdness is gone and i feel ok.

What the actual hell.
