I lowkey think my job wants me gone

I dont get trained on anything new but all the newhires keep getting trained on everything. I get stuck in one spot all the time. Im good at it but i want to grow. I keep getting nitpicked qnd critiqued to death and i feel like im out of the loop.

It's like they don't have faith in me or dont want me to succeed even though i am competent and work hard

If that is what they are doing, you are likely correct.
Complete trash that it is, you should start looking for another job and move on.

@nonsensiclesnail im going to tonight start applying. The owner likes me and upper upper management but the main manager i see everyday is the issue as well as some coworkers

@apersonnamedit My son in law suffered a mental issue and his work plotted for months as to how to fire him without giving him cause to sue them. His upper management liked him too, it was his direct boss that did not. But even with them liking him they saw him as a liability. Just because they like you doesn't always help you.
