Wtf is going on with me? My left ankle is swollen looking and my entire right leg cramped up bad while driving

I was on my way home when my right ankle/foot started to cramp and the cramp started going all the way up to my thigh. I got home walked off the cramp and my left ankle is all swollen looking. Weirdness is going on
