Go to the Emergency Room they have a Crisis Center at all hospitals that will provide counseling, safe, dry, warm place. Mental health and help finding resources

@Wolfgirl567 you have anxiety? Just remember you check totally in and out. No one else can force you to stay. Just don't tell them you want to hurt yourself
