Can a person apply for disability and actually get accepted if very little doctor history?

I have major back problems and also severe social anxiety issues, and diabetic more than likely. But have never been officially diagnosed

No. You will need a medical diagnosis detailing the extent your disability and physical limitations for the back and diabetes. You will need a psychiatrist’s diagnosis of your social anxiety. Then you will probably still need a disability attorney to work with you on this.

Be careful, I don't have time to search it, but I recall reading that if you apply for disability and it is declined, you only get 75% of the SSmoney you would normally get in retirement.

I guess it is intended to prevent fraud.

If you are white forget it. If you are black no problem.
