My mental health is in the toilet along with my self esteem.

As an upcoming 57 year old i wake up everymorning with a lust for life. after a work injury i had many months to realize that i am greatful for evrything. What i dont understand about the youth of today is that more and more of them seem to have depressive bouts but why?? My theory is too much idle time... My grandsone use to be lazy, a good for nothing.. i always got in his face to get his lazy bum up and apply to work and mow the lawn because i am not allowing depressed for no reason bums living in my ranch that i worked hard for to maintain. When i did this my grandsone dared to proceed to yell back in my own face amd we got into it... I was a lumberjack so no way in hell was i going to put up with ressitance of any kind in my own home when i make commands and he put his hands on his own grandpa. long story short he ended up slammed on the ground. sure i may be old put ill still put a young persons my 19 yo gradnson on thier ass for darinh to assault on older person with a back injury. i had kicked him out that day...it hurt because hes my own grandsone but its the only way hell learn. Ofcourse he has nowhere to go and came crawling back to grandpa..apologizing for putting his hands and an old but fortunately gruff man. To this day my grandkids none of them are lazy or depressed any more i made sure to sheild them from lazyiness and entitlememt. I think its time to get to work. Many cleaning services and cooking positions and janitorial work are available.
