Animal killer in my area...

So this morning on our walk we come across a rat, dead, spread on the side on the pavement, blood at the mouth.
We had to give that a wide birth.
Then 10 mins up the road, we came across a fox spread out on the pavement dead, blood coming out the mouth.
There's been a few birds recently too.
I'm really not happy. Because a few years back we had something like that with cats, randomly left dead on the side of the road.

I'm going to say it's an animal doing this... But now I've seen a fox, my fears are that someone is doing this...!
