Do you care if someone ignores you on here ?

No, not really. I've ignored people before when I'm busy elsewhere, so I won't take offence if the same happens to me.

Nope there is thousands of other people im sure one of them won't ignore me.

If the person was a friend, I would wonder why, otherwise I wouldn't notice.

Don't let it bother you. People have lots of reasons for wanting to respond or not, and few of those reasons have to do with you.
