@Dan193 no, im not saying that....she met him briefly on two different occasions and wasnt interested. To me, i got to know what was on the inside of my hubby. Hes got a great personality. I dont know about this guy that her friends are setting her up with. She must feel some type of non interest and thats her choice. I dont base people on their looks alone my friend....trust me on that!! ☺

@SW-User exacyly, she doesnt know him, thats why you go on dates, to get to know people. You're not becoming bf and gf just because you went on a couple of dates together.

@Dan193 i totally get what youre saying and after that.....i see your side of it. My hubby and i went out for coffee and got to know each other for a few hours. Just talking......we did this on several occasions. Weve been married for 16 years now. ☺

That is true but there is a limit. I mean there needs to be at least a little physical attraction.
No woman is going to want some guy that looks like he eats a wheelbarrow full of twinkies every day.

@Punches The OP has admitted that she is herself overweight. It would make sense to me if she kept her dislike to his personality but to make it about his weight when she herself is a big gal seems a bit odd.
