I got a bit wobbly at work earlier but I refuse to eat anything. I drank some tea and it seemed to help some.

Im tired of being ugly

Stop counting the weight and focus on HEALTHY lifestyle - it will take care of the weight naturally. Please try to have healthy eating habits. Fasting yourself until you faint is not healthy and those who generally go for draconian diets stress their body so much that it has the opposite effect: your make your brain think you're in survival mode and the moment you attempt to nourish your body properly (because you have to), it will start stocking weight to "save" you next time you are left without food. It is a self protective mechanism that helped our ancestors survive. If you are overweight, you don't want that.. ideally you would feel way better if you trick your body to use your fat as energy. If you cut down the carbohydrates, and focus on more vegetables, nuts, some eggs, some meat (not too much and not too often), even some healthy fats with the veggies (read about it), if you downsize your portions and give yourself the time to eat slowly, stop when you are feeling almost full but not completely full, sleep well, and do some exercice or walking, those simple things alone will help you lose weight slowly but surely. For example, at home we make a rich salad as an entry of every dinner (inbox me if you need recipes). By the time I finish the salad (slowly, enjoying it), I am already full. I only eat a few bites of the other things on the table (maybe 1/3rd to 1/2 of what I would have eaten without having the salad). And it helps. Forget about fabricated sugar, sweeteners, skim milk (they ADD sugar to it!) And salt - too much salt can get you fat. Try to avoid most things in a package - cook more and not only in the fry pan (not healthy). Use the oven and the stove to make healthier dinners like baking food or making soups... My dad lost weight by drinking almost no alcohol and by learning to eat most things without salt. I have lost 10kgs in 2 years by simple things. I don’t have time to invest in high intensity training but... I don’t really need it. Low intensity regular moving while doing anything like walking, gardening, chores, seems to have nice longterm effects. Who knows I may get courage and do extra training eventually. Getting up from that chair is the only step I need to do to find myself something to move for at the moment. That is a nice start. If you hate sports, you can try dancing instead. You can register to a gym that offers toning or group aero dancing sessions. I tried and it felt weird at first but it got motivating and fun when I felt connected to the other people who were trying to get in shape, just like me. I love walks and hiking. Give some credit to sleeping too. When your sleeping habits are good, you will burn more fat and your metabolism will be better. After trying all this and nothing works maybe talk to a doc, personal trainer and dietician - it may be something medical, some people have conditions or take meds that make them gain fat very fast. Some professionals who know their thing may help! Good luck on on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Edit: I forgot to mention juices. Stop buying pop and 4wjuices. If you want a smoothie, that is nice but.. juice/smoothie sugars enter bloodstream too fast which is not good for health and weight - the old-school way of eating the actual fruit will give you more benefits. But if you wanna make a treat, some smoothie with mote veggies some nuts and a little bit of fruits, if necessary is the one of the best formulas. And yogurt... forget about sweet yogurt- the plain one is better. I can't stress enough how much organic goat milk is BETTER than cow (you don’t have to listen to me) xD

That’s so bad for you 🥺

Hope you’re only intermittent fasting (still eating a decent meal at some point)

@FutureIdol You can't do that to yourself. Obviously, your losing weight wrong because you shouldn't feel ill. You can still have full dinners and eat a lot while losing weight. When you get home look at this "Athlean x", this is how you lose weight properly.
