How do I start a group?
I can't figure out how to start a new group on here.

That function is not available yet. Not sure if it ever will be. There are like over a hundred groups on here imported from EP so they thought it'd be better if they didn't give us the power to create more yet.

It's 10 bucks a pop to start a new group here. They take Paypal which is cool.
