I fainted about 10 minuets ago

I fainted and I don’t know why and it happened whilst I was eating peanut butter porridge 😭😹 so I’m definitely booking tonight off. I’m so upset and disappointed because I really needed the money but I can’t risk fainting at work or whilst I’m on the pole

No history of it? And wierd feeling before, of feeling sick? Used to happen to me when I woukd have a sudden sugar drop just outra the blue years ago.
