No. Lifeforms who don't have to actively search for food have not evolved to be conscious. If you and I could photosynthesize, we wouldn't know each other exist.

@SinlessOnslaught i feel like theres one animal you're missing which is so slow moss even grows on them, the sloth! if theres one animal who would it woudl be them!
