What is a good job for someone without a ton of education, no money for schools of any kind and who honestly isn't super intelligent?

Clerical work? If you don't feel you have the skills now, you can pick them up via a few udemy classes.
Or. just go look around something like masterclass, or udemy and see what interests you and start making choices about what you would like to do next.
