How do you manage your friend's lists?

Do you go through and delete followers? Do you always follow back? I kinda just let them ride. Don't even know who most of them are.

I usually will follow them back if I get a request, but then I don't really check it much at all. I am going to presume that as a guy we get way fewer requests than you. :)
