How do you manage your friend's lists?

Do you go through and delete followers? Do you always follow back? I kinda just let them ride. Don't even know who most of them are.

If I don't get an add back I may go back and delete followers. I don't like one-way streets and like to keep my circle tight. Too many troll types as well...
