Can they take your blood without a tourniquet?

I know most people are afraid of the needle but I hate the feeling of having my circulation cut off 🤮

That is the worst part but it is over quickly.

I have donated 55 times, and they never use a tourniquet. Only drug users use that so they have time to get all the poison in before they release it to their brain.
