Congratulations. At least somebody is being recognized. All I got was a 0.987% increase and the millennial that I work with got a 4% raise. He inadvertently left his pay stub out today. I glanced at it and noticed that he is getting paid $2.77 more per hour than I do. I have 30 years experience and have 2 college degrees. He has 5 years experience and no college degree. He gets to do whatever he wants (played video games all day today). I don't know if I can last 4 more years.

@dakotaviper They are investing in him as he will be the future of the company. You will soon retire. Instead of looking at these stuff in a negative light, better dream of the things you are going to do afterwards 🙂
I understand you may be feeling neglected and not appreciated but it is what it is. I don't approve of the way they are treating you but I think, instead of letting it to suck your energy better look for the things you can change... good luck 🤞
