A small bowl of cold gruel. And two raisins.

Cold water and something bready. Maybe a bagel.

Pancakes with home made maple syrup and sausages

A couple cups of coffee

Today I had an omelet with ham, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese, a hash brown, an English muffin with butter and strawberry jam, and coffee.

YUM!

All most certainly food.

I have greek yogurt with strawberries, protein granola, a teaspoon of ground flax and a teaspoon of ground chia seeds.

Sugar walls
