I made some 19 year old kid cry at work. I put the fear of god into his ass
So at my 2nd job this damn kid has been dogging me every chance he gets ever since i got rehired. Micromanaging me, undermining me, crappy little comments on stuff i do or dont do apparently. Obviously he has a problem yeah? I got sick of it and confronted him.
He made some remark about me not taking stickers off when i do and i had enough. There was more throughout the day but this was it. He's some little filipino kid who sounds like his balls haven't dropped yet thinking he's king sh*t of turd pond. I asked him what his problem was and why he's always gotta dog me. He said there wasn't one and i said no there is because no adult acts like this to another person unless there's a problem. He continued to say there wasn't and i wasnt buying it.
I said obviously there is because this has been going on.for awhile and just tell me what it is and we can solve it now. What's the problem. He kept back pedaling and i said i dont like to play games and when i do play i dont play fair now one more time tell me what you got against me.
I didn't scream at him but i did raise my voice. I sounded like a mad dad lecturing his kid. Very firm voice.
Made him cry . I think the problem is he wants to act better than everyone else. Im not the only one he's done this too. He wants to be seen as knowledgeable and in charge. Too bad kid you're not going anywhere with that attitude and disdain towards those who dont cater.to you.
